Ionone beta
Ionone Beta is powdery and floral in nature, greener and fresher than the alpha variety. Its scent is associated with violets, but in a lighter, more transparent version, with delicate woody and fruity notes. In perfumery, it is used to add elegance and luminosity to floral arrangements, especially those with violet in the main role.
