Order Processing Time

On each product page you will find detailed information about how long we need to prepare the item for shipping. We start processing your order as soon as the payment is received.

Order processing times may be longer during promotional periods.

Once your entire order is ready, it will be packed and handed over to the courier. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, shipping method, and destination address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you chose delivery to an InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker, your package will arrive at your selected location within a few business days (typically up to 5) from the moment of dispatch. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and payment option (prepayment or cash on delivery).

The total order fulfillment time includes the product preparation time (as shown on the product page) and the delivery time. If the product is available in our warehouse, the overall fulfillment time (including delivery) is approximately 2–5 business days.
