Returns
You can return any product purchased from us within 14 days from the moment you receive your package. To do so, you may log in to your account and use the quick return option.

Please remember to include the receipt and a withdrawal form inside the package. Make sure to provide your bank account number and clearly write your full name – this will speed up the refund process.
You may also send your withdrawal statement by e-mail to: info@esencya.pl.
To meet the 14-day return deadline, the date of sending the e-mail with the withdrawal statement or the date of posting the return package will be taken into account.
Returned items must be complete (including tags) and must not show any signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be unable to accept the return and will have to send it back to you at your own cost.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your returned package. The refund method depends on the payment method chosen at checkout. If the order was paid by instant transfer, we will refund you using the same method. For partial returns, delivery costs are not refunded.
The cost of returning the goods to the Store is borne by the Customer.
If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order minus the return shipping cost.
