IPM (Isopropyl Myristate)

IPM is a light, colorless ingredient with an oily consistency, widely used as a carrier in cosmetic formulations and fragrance compositions. It spreads well and improves the application properties of blends. It is practically odorless, so it does not significantly affect the aroma profile of a composition. IPM also works well in skincare products, giving them a silky feel and helping to reduce the heaviness left by some oil ingredients.
